We support families with or without a completed UAI.

We support Anthem, Aetna, Humana, and Sentara.

We confirm your Uniform Assessment Instrument (UAI) status and request a copy. This ensures we can move forward with your waiver eligibility.

We check that your Medicaid profile reflects DD or CD waiver services. Once updated, we schedule your initial assessment.

Our team creates a personalized plan for Personal Care, Respite, and — if eligible under DD Waiver — Companion Care services.

We submit your plan to the MCO of your choice for approval. This process takes up to 10 business days. Once approved, services can begin.
